It’s finally complete! 35 Leader’s Conference Delegates have fed back and given their opinions, just in time to share with your organisation, to encourage support for attendance at the CPA national conference this June.

CPA conducted a Leader’s Conference from 20th to 22nd November 2023, at High Leigh Christian Conference Centre in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. A survey was compiled to capture the suitability of the Conference structure and content.
This was a very special Conference geared towards recognising and celebrating 140 years since the formation of the Christian Police Association. In order to mark the occasion, we organised a bespoke Global Leadership Network Summit, presented by world class leaders from across the world. Additionally with over 20 new leaders being recognised at the CPA Leader’s Council meeting, we launched a Branch Leader’s Guidebook based on a year long Radius Network Consultancy course, which had been provided by College of Policing to all of the National Staff Networks. Accompanied by an 18 month strategy of developing all of the CPA Branch Leaders across the UK.
Alongside Regional Networking and a celebratory Gala Dinner, we commissioned a presentation by former CPA Executive Director and subject matter expert, Don Axcell. He has written an excellent book called ‘Where Duty Calls’ capturing the 140 year history of CPA and the life and times of CPA’s auspicious founder Catherine Gurney OBE.
