On Monday 16th October 19 CPA Leaders came together and watched a taster of what is to come at this year’s Leader’s Conference, with a Global Leadership Network presentation by Craig Groeschel – Lead Pastor from Life Church.

Craig talked about the law of diminishing returns and how more time and more money don’t necessarily equate to better returns. He introduced a new concept of Bending the Curve to get more returns for less input! It is a really powerful technique to limit options and leverage your creativity.
Craig also discussed finding the sweet spot, when your efforts are good enough to move on. This is a great addition for anyone who uses the Pareto Principle – better known as the 80/20 rule, where 20% of the effort gains 80% of the returns. Craig’s GETMO technique helps you to identify that exact point when you have invested the optimum amount of time and resources.
Of course as people with faith in the promises of God, we know that anything in the hands of God can return many more times what you invest. For example the 5 loaves and 2 fishes that fed 5 thousand men – not including the thousands of women and children present!
God is constantly waiting for you to say, “Lord what is your heart for this?” Ask God every day and watch the hand of The Lord at work in your families, homes, churches, workplaces and communities.

It is just so great to come together and pray for each other and be encouraged by vulnerability and victory. Even the smallest of things can be fuel for growth and encouragement. Please come along when possible.
