Soon people will be shouting, “It’s Christmas, goodwill to all men and all that”. If you visit hospital A&E Departments on Christmas Eve you won’t find much ‘Goodwill to all men, and all that” amongst the foul mouthed drunks, sporting black eyes, bloody noses and ripped T-shirts! After 35 years in the Police Service, I can tell you that Christmas is one of the busiest times of the year for the Emergency Services. For many, Christmas can be summed up in one word – STRESS!…
