Additionally, we have had Right Now Media for a year, and usage is growing. For this reason and to bless all the work you do as Leaders I have decided to pay out of my own pocket to keep Right Now Media for another year. We can use this and Global Leadership resources to build each other up.
Before I retired from policing and took up the Exec Director role, I gladly volunteered many hours for CPA during 13 years as Branch Leader in Cleveland Police. I don’t say this for any credit. Just so you know, I know what it’s like. We are very grateful for all you do, and we don’t take it for granted. This is why I am so keen to give a little back to help to sharpen your saw, to give you tools that will allow you to work smarter and not harder. To give you a return for your investment of time.
I know you might be saying – “Oh no, not another meeting!” – I used to say that myself – and it used to really challenge me at Conference time – every year the old enemy would whisper in my ear – “it’s just another thing to do” – but do you know what? Every time I landed at the Conference and spent some quality time networking with like minded people. Busy people who shared my faith and gave me encouragement. Who stood and Worshipped God and sang to our creator God and saviour together. I always came away charged up and ready for the next season of the journey.
Well, I want to do that for you every month. To pray with you, Worship with you, encourage you, and bring you cutting edge leadership and scriptural teaching that will bless you, and leave you a little better than when you arrived – not because you will have been with me, but because you will have spent time with the Holy Spirit, doing what Jesus commanded us to do. Isn’t this what our faith is all about? Relationship and building each other up? John 13:35 NIV “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
