On Monday 15th January, 15 Leader’s came together and discussed the First Section of the Branch Leader’s Guidebook – Leadership & Legacy.

You will notice I promised Gavin Jennings I would add an item to the ‘Outward Signs of a Healthy Branch’ list – unfortunately, I won’t be able to do this because of the chain of links to the Annual Report and the Charity Commission Report etc. However please note, hiring a volunteer administrator to assist with your CPA branch administration is a possibility in any force that allows volunteers – and is worth considering.
Please complete one CPA Branch Maturity Checklist Questionnaire for each Branch; before the next monthly meeting on 19th February 2024.
